Floating Member Service Representative

Tidemark FCU with assets of $260 million is seeking an individual to service our members. The Member Service Representative should create an atmosphere of comfort‚ attentiveness‚ and be highly available to members of the Credit Union via Smart Office and face-to-face. Have the ability to interact with members to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services; open and close accounts; cross-sell or refer members as appropriate; handle and resolve complaints. Office Location: Seaford, Lewes, Milford and Millsboro

Travel: Will be required to travel amongst the four branches as needed (Seaford‚ Lewes‚ Milford‚ and Millsboro)

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday as scheduled (Branch hours are M-Th: 8:45 am to 5:15 pm‚ F: 8:45 am to 6:15 pm). Saturdays are a requirement (8:45 am to 12:15 pm)

Mortgage Loan Officer

Tidemark FCU with assets of $275 million is seeking an individual to service our members through the mortgage process. The Mortgage Loan Officer’s primary responsibility is to establish and maintain relationships with local professionals including realtors, brokers, accountants, attorneys and other referral networks within our lending areas, to ensure continued mortgage loan volumes and quality growth.  Another critical function of this position is to assist in establishing a strong relationship between members and the credit union during and after the origination process by providing general credit union information and cross selling additional credit union products and services. 

This position is performance driven and involves a salary that has a base pay plus commissions. In, addition we offer a full benefits package.

MORTGAGE LOAN Specialist-- Internal

Tidemark FCU with assets of $275 million is seeking an individual to service our members through the mortgage process. The Mortgage Loan Specialist has direct responsibility for answering branch staff and members’ mortgage loan related questions.  Responsibilities include identifying the appropriate mortgage loan product, answering and addressing any member questions and concerns and completing a mortgage loan application for all types of mortgage loans including but not limited to purchases, refinances, construction, Freddie Mac and home equity loans. Responsibilities will also include maintaining relationships with key business partners including but not limited to key realtors, builders, attorneys and other strategic business partners.

Legal/Collections Specialist

Tidemark FCU with assets of $275 million is seeking an individual to assist in our Legal/Collections department. The primary function of this position is to assist the Credit Union in recovering loan accounts through legal actions including, bankruptcy, JP Court filings, Superior Court filings, wage garnishments and foreclosure actions. The legal specialist will also be cross trained in the duties of the collection specialist, including repossession.  The position supports the daily processes of the Member Recovery Department, insuring compliance with relevant federal and state lending/debt recovery laws and following bankruptcy laws in addition to the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
