MEMBER SERVICE MANAGER

Tidemark FCU with assets of $290 million is seeking applicants for a Member Service Manager. The ultimate role of a Member Service Manager is to ensure success for Tidemark FCU by providing excellent member service and to determine ways to improve the profitability, productivity and growth of the assigned branch. The position requires at least 2 years prior experience in a financial institution, branch setting. TFCU has a smoke-free hiring policy.

Office Locations: Seaford, Millsboro, Milford, Lewes, Long Neck and/or Selbyville

Current Openings: Tidemark FCU currently needs (2) Flex MSMs. Flex means the individual is used between two branches. The regions we are looking to fill are Millsboro/Seaford (Central) and Selbyville/Long Neck (South). Please specify on application what location/region is desired.

Hours: 40 hours per week as scheduled (M-Th 8:45am to 5:15pm, F 8:15am to 6:15pm, Sat 8:45am to 12:15pm)

MEMBER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Tidemark FCU with assets of $290 million is seeking applicants for a Member Service Assistant. A Member Service Assistant plays an important role in our members banking experience. Most important is the ability to resolve member inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary member experience all while managing the traffic flow in the branch. A Member Service Assistant must be adaptable, tech savvy, able to stand for 8 hours, and have a growth mindset, in addition to being member-fixated, be a positive, infectious contact between the public and the credit union. This position requires a High school education and work experience of a clerical/customer service nature.  TFCU has a smoke-free hiring policy.
