At Tidemark Federal Credit Union, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of security and service. To further enhance the protection of your accounts, we are excited to announce the activation of additional Account Alerts for all our members, both existing and new.
What’s New?
Starting today, we have automatically turned on new Account Alerts designed to help you monitor your account for any unusual activity. These alerts are part of our ongoing efforts to safeguard your finances and ensure you are always in control of your account.
Types of Alerts Added:
- ATM Withdrawal Alert: Notifies you of any ATM withdrawal over $75.
- Check Cleared Alert: Notifies you when a check clears for an amount over $75.
- Online Bill Pay Alert: Notifies you of any online bill payment over $75.
- Other Withdrawal Alert: Notifies you of any other type of withdrawal over $75.
- Outgoing Wire Alert: Notifies you of any outgoing wire transfer over $75.
- E-Deposit Transaction Alert: Notifies you of any e-deposit (direct deposit) transaction over $500.
