One of our members received a fraudulent email from scammers pretending to be Tidemark Federal Credit Union in an attempt to access their Online Banking account.

Please be aware of the following details regarding this scam:

Tidemark Federal Credit Union will never send you an unsolicited email asking you to click on a link to sign in to your account. Any verification or confirmation requests will be completed at log-in, such as our recently enacted “Confirmation of Email Address” process.

• Do not click on links or open attachments from unknown or suspicious emails.
• Do not provide personal information or account details in response to unsolicited emails or phone calls.
• Verify the sender’s email address and the authenticity of the communication by contacting us directly at our official phone number.
• If you receive a suspicious email or phone call, please report it to us immediately. Your security is our top priority, and we are committed to keeping your information safe.
