Some of our members are getting text messages from someone claiming to be from Tidemark. The message looks like the following. When you respond to the message, they call you from a number spoofing the Tidemark telephone number. This is an attempt to get private information on your account.
When our fraud center issues a text, they simply ask for a yes or no, they do not do a call back.
If you ever do receive a call from us, we will NEVER ask your card number, pin, account number, or online banking password as we already know this information. Ask the caller for your account password if you have any doubt. If they can’t supply it to you, hang up.
