Commercial Construction (Spec Homes Single Family)
Loan
Loans up to $550,000. 65% loan to value. Term up to 18 months. Interest only monthly based on the current outstanding balance.
Commercial Construction Mortgages
Loans up to $2,000,000. 75% loan to value. Term of twelve months. Interest only monthly based on the current outstanding balance.
Investment Commercial Real Estate Mortgages
(Owner and Non Owner Occupied). Loans up to $2,000,000. 80% loan to value. Ten year term, five year fixed rate with a five-year adjustment period. Would consider up to a twenty-five year amortization.
