• Preapproval: Before starting your home search, obtain a preapproval letter from us to know how much money you're initially approved to borrow for your home purchase.

• Home Search: Once you have your preapproval letter, work with your real estate agent to find your dream home based on your unique needs.

• Processing: Our processor will then prepare and submit your mortgage application for final review and approval. You may be asked to provide additional supporting information during this time, and an appraisal will be ordered for the home you plan to buy.
